Many test results are available to view by looking up a dog's AKC registered name here: www.ofa.org
*OFA eyes(previously known as CERF) is an annual clearance performed by a Vet Opthalmologist screening for many eye diseases such as cataracts, retinal folds or dysplasia.
*OFA Hips and Elbows are an x-ray screening for a rating, used towards reducing the percentages of dysplasia of each in the breed.
*OFA Cardiac is an Echo Color Doppler screening of the heart to rule out breeding Labradors affected by TVD or Tricuspid Valve Dysplasia.

*RD/OSD is a genetic disease of collagen caused by a mutation. Also preventable through DNA testing.

*EIC is Exercise Induced Collapse found in a few breeds, and affected dogs can be eliminated by breeding dogs carrying this genetic trait to tested Clear dogs.

*HNPK is Hereditary Nasal Parakeratosis and is a disease affecting the nose tissue, so it is also ruled out by breeding Carriers or Clears only to Clear dogs.
